1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

1. "Platform" refers to the bdjali website accessible at https://bdjali.app and all associated services, games, and betting markets.
2. "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
3. "Balance" refers to funds held in a player's account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts, each tracked separately.
4. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bdjali subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
5. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole fiat currency supported on the Platform.
6. "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must bet using bonus funds before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of the bdjali Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm this requirement is met and consent to bdjali requesting documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or phone number.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a bdjali employee or affiliated business partner.
5. Only one account per person is permitted. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
6. bdjali reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance where legally required.

3. Account Management and Security

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
2. You must notify bdjali immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bdjali will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
3. bdjali will never request your password via any communication channel. Any message claiming to be from bdjali and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4. Account sharing — permitting another person to access or operate your bdjali account — is prohibited. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility.
5. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdjali supports BDT deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select international card providers including Visa and Mastercard.

1. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be reversed.
2. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
3. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, bdjali may request an alternative verified payment method.
4. Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed within 1–5 business days, subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks.
5. bdjali reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.
6. bdjali does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which bdjali accepts no liability.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1. bdjali may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The specific terms, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page.
2. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
3. Bonus funds are used last when placing bets; real-money funds in a player's account are wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
4. bdjali reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and met the relevant deposit conditions will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of opt-in.
5. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular wagering patterns, bet hedging across multiple accounts, or other abusive strategies will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to the completion of stated wagering requirements.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

1. All bets placed on the bdjali Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable rules before placing a bet.
2. bdjali reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has started (where the player knew or ought to have known the outcome at the time of placement), or where a clear pricing error is identified.
3. Winnings from sports bets are calculated using the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed. bdjali does not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
4. All casino games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. bdjali does not control or modify game outcomes.
5. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bdjali's server records of the game state at the time of disconnection are treated as definitive. Where a round was in progress, the outcome recorded by the game server will stand.
6. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed before the player confirms a bet or spin. These limits may be adjusted by bdjali at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdjali is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjali Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of any unlawful activity, or any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
3. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
4. Registering multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
5. Providing false identification or age verification documents.
6. Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's backend systems, databases, or security infrastructure.
7. Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content published on the bdjali Platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, software, game titles, text, images, and data feeds — is the property of bdjali or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
2. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bdjali content without prior written consent.
3. The bdjali name, logo, and related marks are brand identifiers of the Platform and may not be used without authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. bdjali provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
2. bdjali's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. bdjali is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from use of the Platform.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

bdjali collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. bdjali uses SSL encryption across all account and payment areas to protect your data in transit.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1. bdjali reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address on their account or via a notice on the Platform.
2. Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to use of the bdjali Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory. bdjali operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local law before registering.
